If electronic dispatch of files is not possible, 3 copies of the manuscript and an IBM compatible disk with all the related files should be submitted to the Editorial Manager:

Kazuo Kiguchi
Department of Advanced Systems Control Engineering,
Graduate School of Science and Engineering,
Saga University, 1-Honjomachi, Saga 840-8502, Japan
Phone and Fax: +81-952-28-8702 or Fax: +81-952-28-8587

Camera-ready manuscripts are to be prepared using computer typesetting software (LaTeX). LaTeX style file is available.

The language of the journal is English and only original papers, not published elsewhere, will be accepted.

All submitted papers will be acknowledged and refereed. The review process of MIROC requires reviewers more than two for each paper in order to achieve a more objective evaluation of the examined paper and publish high-quality research work. But, every effort will be made to achieve rapid publication.

Once a paper has been accepted for publication in this journal, the author is assumed to have transferred the copyright to Cyber Scientific, Electronic Publication Division, Soft Service Co., Ltd.

Camera-ready manuscripts are to be prepared according to the instructions provided. Submission of final camera-ready manuscripts implies that the manuscripts are in their final form and will not be edited by the publisher or returned to the author for proofreading before publication. Deviations from these instructions may cause a delay in publication of the paper concerned. If available, please also send the final manuscript by e-mail, or on a 3.5 inch diskette for PC (MS-DOS or Windows).

There will be no page charge for the journal. Thirty free reprints will be given to the first author of each accepted paper. Purchase orders for additional reprints can be made on order forms that will be sent to authors.
